Does anyone know the history of "Wildman" who once was Kennesaw's Mayor?

Those who visit downtown Kennesaw can't help but notice Wildman's civil war poster and relic business.

I have not seen any larger airplanes or jets and the traffic seems to be about the same as last year.

Let me know...  Thanks!
